Jack Davis Haunt of Fear #15 Complete 7-Page Story "Death of Some Salesmen!" Original Art (EC, 1952). It's not hard to spot the work of Jack Davis on this story. If the faces of the Crypt-Keeper or the Salesman don't give it away, check out the Salesman's feet! EC horror tales are Grade-A, but this one is a cut above the rest with Davis' signature crosshatching and black-ink generating high drama with real impact in the Bill Gaines and Al Feldstein chiller "Death of Some Salesmen!" as told by the Crypt Keeper who makes appearances on multiple pages. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with twice-up scale image areas of 13" x 18". Mild toning, there are image and text paste-up corrections, marginal production notes, smudging, corner and edge wear, marginal pinholes, whiteout corrections, edge and corner wear.
