The Fox and the Hound "Lack of Education" Tod Pair of Animation Drawings (Walt Disney, 1981). Presented in this lot are two beautiful 16 field 3-peghole animation drawings of adorable little Tod from the "Lack of Education" sequence in The Fox and the Hound. Tod peeks over a fence panel at about the 31:11 mark while Big Mama, voiced by the late Pearl Bailey (1918 - 1990), explains the danger that hunters and hunting dogs will pose to him. The detailed close-up drawings are rendered in graphite with color pencil highlights, measuring about 4.75'' x 5.25'' and 4.75'' x 5.75''. The pages are noted as 1 - the highly sought-after first in the sequence - and 9 in the lower right, with the first circled to indicate that it's a key drawing. A timing chart is also included on this page. Both drawings are centered and include a production stamp in the lower left corner. The lot comes with a Howard Lowery Certificate of Authenticity and is in Very Good condition with only minor edge and handling wear.Auction Info
