Description
The Ren & Stimpy Show Ren and Stimpy Production Cel (Nickelodeon, c. 1990s). Presented in this lot is a spectacular hand-painted production cel showcasing an amazing image of the peculiar protagonists of The Ren & Stimpy Show. The animated show contrasted drastically with other cartoons from the era with its not-so-hidden adult jokes and exaggerated animation style. The 12-field cel has Stimpson J. Cat measuring an impressive image size of 5.57" x 8.25" with the grumpy Ren Höek measuring 6.25" x 6", each on their own layer of the cel, presented on a printed background. The cel bears a Nickelodeon sticker in the top left corner, and it comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. Showing minor handling wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
