The Simpsons (The Tracey Ullman Show) Lisa Production Cel (Fox, 1988). "Whatcha doing?" asks Lisa to Bart. He replies "Skateboarding" "Can we come?" she asks. "Skateboarding's men's work... Cowabunga!" This was only the 24th produced segment of The Simpsons. It was shown on 2/7/88 on The Tracey Ullman Show, over a year before Springfield's favorite family received their own series. This is an exceptional original hand-painted 12 field production cel of Lisa harkens back to the origins of the Tracy Ullman Show vignettes that introduced the world to the Simpson family. As Lisa's character evolved and became an integral part of the full-fledged series, this cel stands as a nostalgic tribute to the early days of her journey. As a tangible piece of animation history, this cel offers a connection to the origins of a cultural phenomenon and invites you to cherish the heartwarming spirit of Lisa Simpson.
