Dungeons & Dragons Players Accessory Module #AC1 The Shady Dragon Inn (Basic) (TSR Inc., 1983) CGC VF+ 8.5 A Seal Grade. Single booklet distributed unattached to cover. Written by Carl Smith. Cover by Larry Elmore. Art by Jim Holloway.The first game accessory module for the Basic system, featuring more than 100 pre-generated non-player characters and a six-page floorplan in 25mm scale. It also includes a few that were connected to LJN's line of D&D action figures: Elkhorn, Mercion, Paralay, Ringlerun, Skylla, Strongarm, Zarak, and Warduke -- the latter of whom became a recurring favorite who also appeared in the Dungeons & Dragons animated series and (along with Skylla) on the cover of the 2024 edition of the Dungeon Master's Guide. CGC notes, "Seal type: H-Overlap." CGC census 4/25: 1 in 8.5, 1 higher.
