Advanced Dungeons & Dragons Dungeon Masters Guide (1e) Sixth Beta Edition (TSR Hobbies Inc., 1979). Written by Gary Gygax. Cover by David Sutherland III. Art by Sutherland, D. A. Trampier, Darlene Pekul, Will McLean, David S. "Diesel" LaForce, and Erol Otus.The original 240-page, must-have guide that compiled page after page, table after table, of invaluable information needed to run the game. When combined with the Players Handbook and Monster Manual this volume formed the backbone of the game -- a format that has persisted to the recently updated version of the game's fifth edition.
An extensively reprinted book, TSR records 14 official printings, and the The Acaeum.com web site notes several more due to variants being hand-assembled at TSR and printing errors making it into circulation. This is the Revised / December 1979 (aka "Sixth Beta") edition.
The book is in Very Fine condition with light hinge creases and mild rubbing to the corners.
