Jijé (Gillain Joseph) Jerry Spring El Zopilote #12 Planche 17 (Dupuis, 1964). De part l'un des pères de la bande dessinée franco-belge cette planche 17 magnifiquement encrée par Jijé, virtuose du dessin et grand inventeur de formes, fut publiée dans le Journal Spirou n°1260 (7 juin 1962 - exemplaire fourni avec la planche) et en 1964 en album cartonné aux Éditions Dupuis ! Notez la 6e case reprise en thème pour la couverture du même album, El Zopilote. Encre de Chine sur panneau épais avec une superficie d'image de 31 x 41 cm. From one of the fathers of Franco-Belgian comics, this is page 17, magnificently inked by Jijé, a virtuoso of illustration and an inventor of shapes. It was published in the Journal Spirou #1260 (June 7, 1962 -- a copy is included), and in 1964 in a hardcover album published by Éditions Dupuis! Note the 6th panel was used in the cover of the album, El Zopilote. Ink on thick Bristol board with an image area of 12" x 16". In Excellent condition.
