Chrono Cross - VGA 85+ NM+ Sealed, PS1 SquareSoft 1999 JPN. VGA lists just eight copies on their November census. This sequel to the legendary Chrono Trigger is one of several timeless PlayStation JRPGs developed by Square. Chrono Cross was produced and designed by Hiromichi Tanaka, directed and written by Masato Kato, and features a breathtaking score by Yasunori Mitsuda. Rather than a direct continuation, the game expanded the Chrono universe with a new story centered on Serge, a young man caught between two parallel worlds whose existence diverges by a single fateful event. Boasting more than 40 playable characters, a deep elemental battle system, and lush pre-rendered visuals that pushed the original PlayStation to its limits, Chrono Cross is a landmark of narrative and artistic ambition.
