Description
Pokémon Nidoking 11 1st Edition Base Set PSA Trading Card Game NM 7 (Wizards of the Coast, 1999) Rare, Holo. This 1st Edition Base Set holo card features the large, purple, reptilian Pokémon Nidoking. In episode #63, The Battle of the Badge, Gary Oak called out his Nidoking to battle when facing Giovanni Gym, Leader of the Viridian Gym. Nidoking easily defeated Giovanni's Golem, but sadly, he didn't fare so well against the next opponent, Mewtwo. The artwork is done by Ken Sugimori. PSA has certified 320 copies earning a Near Mint 7 grade with 1,073 graded higher.From the Pokémon Central Collection.
