Jijé Jean Valhardi Le Mauvais Œil Planche 19 (Dupuis, 1960). Jean Valhardi est l'ancêtre de tous les détectives de la BD franco-belge. Longtemps, il fut aussi le personnage vedette du journal Spirou. Voici la planche (30,5 x 43,5 cm) qui inspira Jijé pour la couverture du Mauvais Œil , un Valhardi de la meilleure époque. Un découpage haletant servi par un encrage de haut-vol ! Etat parfait.

For a long time he was the star character in Spirou magazine. Here is the page (12" x 17") that inspired Jijé's cover for Mauvais Œil, a Valhardi album at his peak.
