Description

Walt Scott The Little People Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 8-19-62 (NEA, 1962). The creation of former Walt Disney Studio artist Walt Scott, The Little People was a charming, whimsical strip about a community of little folks who lived in the woods and socialized with the animals who shared their forest. Things aren't what they seem in this funny episode drawn in ink and white paint over graphite on two combined pieces of Bristol board, with a combined image area of 25" x 16.5". The strip was cut between the Little People and Huckleberry Hollow features, and joined together with adhesive tape on the reverse side. Slight toning, and some production staining in the left margin. Minor handling/corner wear. In Excellent condition.
