Description

Sanjulián (Manuel Pérez Clemente) - Uncle Creepy Painting Original Art (c.1995-99). Riding the wave of the horror boom of the 1960s and '70s, Warren Publishing launched the iconic Creepy horror comics magazine in 1964, with each issue introduced by its eerie host, Uncle Creepy. Among Warren's greatest artists, Sanjulian developed a deep admiration for the character. Now, for the first time, an exceptional opportunity arises to acquire one of the master's personal collection pieces -- a stunning full-body portrait of Uncle Creepy, exquisitely executed. Oil on a stretched canvas with an image area of 11.25" x 15". Luxury gilded frame. Signed. In Excellent condition.
