Description
The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam "Hero High" 16-Character Production Cel (Filmation, c. 1981 - 82). Here's a terrific production cel setup featuring Hero High's Captain California and Glorious Gal front and center. This is a hand-painted 16-character 5-cel setup from Hero High, the 1981 animated/live-action series that aired as part of NBC's The Kid Super Power Hour with Shazam. Originally intended to be a new entry in Filmation's long-running Archie cartoon series, Hero High, was about a high school where young superheroes were taught how to use their powers and fight crime. The series had to make some last-minute changes because Filmation's rights to the Archie characters had expired and new characters had to be created. This amazing 12 field size setup features the newly created characters. The top cel contains a Filmation seal in the lower right area. The setup exhibits superficial surface scratches and is in Good condition.Auction Info
