Bill Yates Professor Phumble Daily Comic Strips Original Art Group of 6 (King Features Syndicate, 1963). Space scientists have never been sillier, and mathematical calculations have never been more entertaining than in this series of amusing astronaut dailies featuring the antics of Professor Phumble and Lizzie the Lasstronaut. Includes 10-11, 10-12, 10-14, 10-15, 10-18, and 11-4 of 1963. Rendered in ink and screentone over graphite on six Bristol boards with average image areas of 17.5" x 5". Presents with toned edges, pinholes in the margins, whiteout, discolored shading film, small stains, production notes, and handling wear. The 11-4 daily has a stripped-in text correction with paper abrasion in the final panel. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
