Leonard Starr Mary Perkins, On Stage Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 11-22-74 (Chicago Tribune, 1974). Mary offers to tell Del that Myrna fancies him in this lovely three-panel daily illustrated by Leonard Starr. What Myrna sees as a generous favor is, in fact, Mary's not-so-subtle attempt yet to cut through the romantic tension that's been stalling production! Crafted in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 16.5" x 5". Light toning around the edges, with pinholes in the margins, staining in the top left corner, whiteout corrections, smudging, and light handling wear.
