The heroes here are deep-sea drivers, enlisted to help an emerging African nation to develop its natural resources. The combination of sharp-featured faces and rock-solid, stocky anatomies is irresistible. Ink over graphite with blue pencil on Bristol board. Image area, 12.25" x 17.5".
