Andrew Griffith The Transformers: Robots in Disguise #1 Story Page 10 Original Art (IDW, 2012). After Horri-Bull and Needlenose rough up a NAIL, Prowl hauls them straight to Ratbat. And with Decepticons forced to install inhibitor chips just to live alongside Autobots, Ratbat sees the writing on the wall -- they're not exactly equals in this new Cybertron.
