The Country Cousin Abner Countrymouse Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1936). Abner is already excited to visit his cousin Monty in the big city, but he is over the moon when he sees the enormous spread of food set up when he arrives. This endearing trio of 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings from the award-winning Silly Symphony can be found starting at about the 3:03 mark as Abner sees a plate of celery and olives further down the table. He rushes forward and starts to chow down on a large piece of celery, taking a huge bite. The drawings are rendered masterfully in graphite with color pencil, all featuring this adorable mouse with a wide smile. The full figure mouse ranges from roughly 4.75'' x 3.75'' to an impressive 6.75'' x 3.5'' and is noted as 67A, 4, and 45 in the lower right corner.
