Garfield and Friends "Brainwave Broadcast" Garfield with Microphone Production Cel (Film Roman, 1994). In this episode of Garfield and Friends, Garfield explains one of the biggest mysteries about him: how audiences can hear his thoughts out loud! Garfield demonstrates how he uses a machine that broadcasts the thoughts of any animal or human to the audience. In this image from about the 17:58 mark of the episode "Brainwave Broadcast," Garfield holds the microphone from the machine as he shows how the contraption works. This original, hand-painted 12 field production cel features an image of Garfield measuring about 4.25" x 4.75". The cel is marked in its lower right corner with G14, and it is set atop a color print background from the show for presentation. The piece is in Good to Very Good condition, with some handling and edge wear, as well as some minor line wear.From the Jim Davis Collection.
