John Livesay [Manuel Garcia printed blue lines] Devil's Reign: Villains for Hire #1 Splash Page 20 Original Art (Marvel, 2022). "USAgent reporting for duty..." The dark super soldier arrives at Mayor Wilson Fisk's office to offer his services in the villain's new iteration of the Thunderbolts. Livesay supplies the inks over Garcia's printed blue lines on Bristol board with an image area of 10.75" x 16.25". Signed by Livesay in the bottom margin and in Excellent condition.
