John Buscema and Tom Palmer Thor #277 Story Page 12 Original Art (Marvel, 1978). This page features the Mighty Thor... only, not the one you think. This is Roger "Red" Norvell, a mortal from Earth possessing with the power of Thor as well as his hammer Mjolnir! It is from the Roy Thomas story "Time of the Trolls!" This story is part of a long-running story arc Thomas set-up by adapting actual Norse myth stories and teasing that they would lead to Ragnarök. Buscema provided the layouts for Palmer's finished pencils and ink work. Created in ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". In Excellent condition.From The Tom Palmer Collection.
