George Wunder Amateurs at Arms Page 55 Original Art (Stackpole Books, 1975). David Bushnell's latest invention, floating contact mines, are set with hopes of finding enemy ships in British-held Philadelphia in this painting from Terry and the Pirates' artist George Wunder for his intricately researched historical book based around the time of the Revolutionary War. Rendered in mixed media on illustration board with a 12" x 15.5" image area. Slight toning, with light soiling and edge/handling wear. Signed by Wunder in the bottom left image area. In Very Good condition.
