George Wunder Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 1-13-47 (News Syndicate Co. Inc., 1947). George Wunder's chiaroscuro inking technique was among was perhaps the boldest ever seen in comics. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 21.75" x 6.5". Mild toning, edge and corner wear, and some marginal pinholes. Art is in otherwise Excellent condition.From the Bobby G. Murphy Collection.
