Description
Irv Novick and Vince Colletta Batman #322 Story Page 5 Original Art (DC, 1980). Batman returns home after a failed attempt to capture Boomerang and shares a quiet moment with his butler, father figure, and confidant, Alfred, inside his penthouse apartment in the Wayne Foundation building. Crafted in ink and screentone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 10" x 15". Lightly toned and trimmed, with a clipped corner, whiteout corrections, production marks in blue pencil, a stripped-in text correction in the second panel, adhesive-stained tape in the margins, discolored shading film, and handling wear. Additionally, Panel 4 is composed primarily of two printed stat paste-ups, which appear to have original art beneath. In Very Good condition.From the Irv Novick Family Collection.
