Dick Locher Dick Tracy Sunday Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-6-1992 (Tribune Media Services, 1992). We know why Flattop is named Flattop. Buy why did Rashy get his name? In the strip itself we see Flattop's brother (Professor Flattop?), Rashy, and Rashy's two art-goons. Ink over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 18" x 12.5". There is a production tape text correction in the Crimestoppers textbook panel. the signatures in the lower right of the last panel are printed paste-up. In Excellent condition.Auction Info
