Paul Gulacy and Jimmy Palmiotti Sci-Spy #1 Splash Page 1 Original Art (DC, 2002). Blending cinematic realism and sleek futurist design with the visual language of 1970s spy thrillers, cyberpunk aesthetics, and a tech-noir atmosphere, this opening splash page sets the perfect visual tone for this six-issue futuristic espionage thriller. Rendered on Bristol board with a mix of ink over graphite and stat paste-ups, some of which have a small amount of original ink work; with an image area of 10.5" x 15.75". Marginal notes, blue pencil marks, production tape, paste-up word balloons, whiteout, and light corner/edge wear. The center panel has damage resembling tape pulls.
