Description

John Buscema Conan the Barbarian Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-27-78 (Register and Tribune Syndicate, 1978). With the river monster slain, the Cimmerian turns to Norda, unconscious but alive after their flight from the sorcerer Sutro. A striking daily from "The Wizard's Daughter", featuring rare Buscema art from the strip's early run. Ink and screentone over graphite on Bristol board with an image area of 15.25" x 4.5". Light toning, with light glue residue staining, text paste-ups, stat credits paste-up, whiteout corrections, marginal pinholes, and light handling wear. In Very Good condition.
