Description
Wizards Peace and Weehawk Production Cel Scene and Animation Drawing (Ralph Bakshi, 1977). Reprogramed red robot Peace and elf warrior Weehawk ride towards Scortch in this terrific hand-painted 12 field 2-cel production scene. Ralph Bakshi's post-apocalyptic animated fantasy was a box-office hit, and pointed the way to his adaptation of Lord of the Rings. The combined image size is approximately 10.75" x 5". The top cel of Peace and his steed has been meticulously trimmed-to-outline and affixed to the 12 field cel. The background is a print, added for presentation purposes. The matching graphite animation drawing of Peace is included, with a peghole cel strip taped to the top edge. Overall condition is Very Good with minor handling wear.Auction Info
