Mickey's Fire Brigade Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing Sequence of 7 (Walt Disney, 1935). A fire hose seems to be a little too much to handle for firefighter Mickey Mouse in this impressive sequence of seven original animation drawings from the 1935 short Mickey's Fire Brigade. Mickey Mouse gets wound up in the out-of-control hose as the water pressure sends the hose (and Mickey with it) spinning across the ground! This sequence starts at about the 2:16 mark of the short. These hilarious animation drawings are created with graphite and colored pencils on 12 field, 2-peghole animation paper. The drawings are marked in their lower right corners with 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and 36. The condition of this action-packed sequence is Very Good, with just minor handling and edge wear and some age-related toning.
