Description
Alpine Climbers Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). Mickey Mouse has wide eyes and a sheepish grin as he holds an eagle egg and realizes that the angry mother eagle is right behind him! In this 1936 Mickey Mouse short, Mickey and Donald climb the Swiss Alps and get themselves into various shenanigans. This funny image shows Mickey Mouse as the realization dawns upon him that he's in big trouble with the eagle. This moment can be seen at about the 2:20 mark of the short. This incredible full-figure image of Mickey Mouse measures about 3.5" x 4.5". It is rendered with graphite and blue pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper, and it is numbered in its lower right corner with 69. The wonderful drawing is in Very Good condition, with some handling and edge wear, including age-related toning, minor staining, and minor creasing.More information about Walt Disney Studios - Fab Five.
