Description

Milton Caniff Terry and the Pirates Daily Comic Strip Original Art dated 9-25-37 (Chicago Tribune, 1937). Terry, Pat, and Connie are held prisoners in this suspenseful daily titled "This Thing Prattles Before it Strikes". Ink over graphite with blue wash on Bristol board with an image area of 20" x 5.5". Signed and inscribed in top border. There is some toning along the borders, primarily at the bottom. In otherwise Excellent condition.
