Description
The Black Cauldron Creeper Large Preliminary Storyboard/Layout Drawing by Joe Hale, plus Program (Walt Disney, 1985). The Horned King's faithful servant is a misshapen gnome called Creeper. Here he is in a great drawing from the film's producer, Joe Hale, done in fine-line black marker over graphite on paper, with red ink for Creeper's good eye. The art is signed by former Disney crew member Joe Hale, who worked on such Disney classics as Sleeping Beauty, Mary Poppins, The Rescuers, Robin Hood, Pete's Dragon, and many others. The 9" x 10.5" sheet of paper is mounted to a black heavy paper backer measuring 11" x 14". With the art is an original 1985 theatrical program. The art is in Very Good to Fine condition with light handling wear.Auction Info
