The Archie Show Mr. Weatherbee, Dilton and Veronica Production Cels Group of 2 (Filmation, 1968-77). Here's a sweet pair of production cels from the musical animated series The Archie Show. The cels feature great full-body images of Mr. Weatherbee in the first piece and Dilton Doiley and Veronica Lodge in the second. Based on the Archie Comics, The Archie Show aired Saturday mornings on CBS from September 1968 to 1969. In 1969, the show was expanded to an hour and was retitled The Archie Comedy Hour. These are fantastic full-body images perfectly centered and hand-painted on 12 field acetate. Both cels are matted to 18" x 14" with matboard apertures of 10.5" x 8".
