Rudy Palais - Horror Specialty Illustration Original Art (1993). Palais was a master grotesquerie, here recalling various figures from knockout stories such as "Formula for Death" and "The Crypt of Death". Though the reverse attributes this commission for use as a frontispiece for a book titled "The Harvey Horrors of Rudy Palais," our research has found no such published work. Mixed media on watercolor board with an image area of 16" x 21.25". Light handling wear, foxing, and soiling, with marginal tape. Signed by the artist in the bottom left corner. In Very Good condition.From the Roger Hill Collection.
