Super-Mystery Comics V7#1 Davis Crippen ("D" Copy) pedigree (Ace, 1947) CGC NM 9.4 Cream to off-white pages. By this point in the series' run, the "Super" was gone (i.e. no costumed adventurers) but eye-catching "Mystery" covers remained. We recognize the signature "Doc" as that of artist Bill Savage (get it, Doc Savage?). This is the only copy graded above 5.5 by CGC as of this writing. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $265. CGC census 9/06: 1 in 9.4, none higher.
