The Amazing Spider-Man #11 (Marvel, 1964) CGC VF 8.0 White pages. The second appearance of Doctor Octopus has him looking a bit unusual -- look closely and you'll see that Jack Kirby drew Ock's face (and Spidey's legs) on this Steve Ditko cover. First appearance and "death" of Bennett Brant (Betty's brother) is also of note. An extremely fresh-looking copy with white pages. Overstreet 2006 VF 8.0 value = $595. CGC census 3/07: 23 in 8.0, 38 higher. From the Janowicz Collection.
