Flash Annual #1 (DC, 1963) CGC NM+ 9.6 Off-white pages. This squarebound issue has risen greatly in popularity in the past few years. It's an 80-Page Giant, with Carmine Infantino cover and art, reprinting the first appearances of the Elongated Man, Gorilla Grodd, and Kid Flash. There's also a Golden Age Flash reprint with Lee Elias art. A nifty feature is an index of all Silver Age Flash stories, writers, and artists up to issue #140. CGC has yet to certify a higher grade for this book. Overstreet 2006 NM- 9.2 value = $660.
