Chouhen Bouken Manga: Tetsuwan Atom Manga Volume 3 First Print BGS 3.0 Cream/Off-White (Kobunsha, 1957). Created by the legendary Osamu Tezuka (1928-1989) as Tetsuwan Atom and renamed Astro Boy in the West, the series is widely regarded as one of the most influential manga of the medium, with the famous Astro Boy regarded as a landmark of Japanese pop culture. It was serialized in Kobunsha's Shonen Magazine from 1952 to 1968, with a total of 112 chapters. The manga received multiple compiled prints in both Japanese and English. Offered in this lot is volume 3 of Chouhen Bouken Manga: Tetsuwan Atom, released by Kobunsha in 1957. This stunning first print edition contains three chapters: "Gas People," "Red Cat," and "Electro." BGS has graded this copy 3.0 cream/off-white.Auction Info
