Description

Nintendo World Championships Double-Sided White Sign - Detroit Champion John Wyman, 12-17 Age Group, Nintendo 1990. This unique offering features a pair of NWC competition-used signs, joined by a white adhesive strip applied by event coordinators; both signs display John Wyman's name and the Nintendo World Championships logo. The pairing was designed this way in order to be visible to both contestants and attendees. Wyman was the champion of the 12 to 17 division in Detroit, and this remarkable lot comes from his personal collection. The signs, measuring 28" x 4.5," were created from a stiff plastic. They show only minor scuffing, helping make them a remarkable find for collectors of rare gaming memorabilia. This lot would make for an amazing and historical display in any arcade, game room, or retro gaming store.
