Ye Olden Days Mickey Mouse Production Drawing Animation Art (Walt Disney, 1933) CGC-certified as Genuine. Wandering minstrel Mickey marches off to rescue Princess Minnie in this early black and white short directed by Burt Gillett. This beautifully detailed full-figure image of Mickey in period garb complete lute strapped to his back appears around the 2:45 mark and is rendered in graphite. It measures 2.75" x 3" on 12 field 2-peghole animation paper, and is numbered 39 in the lower right corner. The nearly 90-year-old drawing is sealed in a mylar sleeve and has been certified as genuine by CGC, which does not assign grades to animation artwork. Very minor edge wear and light paper toning along the outer borders. Very Good condition.
