Ye Olden Days Mickey Mouse Production Drawing Animation Art (Walt Disney, 1933) CGC-certified as Genuine. Wandering minstrel Mickey marches off to rescue Princess Minnie in this early black and white short directed by Burt Gillett. This beautifully detailed full-figure image of Mickey in period garb complete lute strapped to his back appears around the 2:45 mark and is rendered in graphite. It measures 2.75" x 3" on 12 field 2-peghole animation paper, and is numbered 39 in the lower right corner. The nearly 90-year-old drawing is sealed in a mylar sleeve and has been certified as genuine by CGC, which does not assign grades to animation artwork.
