SpongeBob SquarePants "Valentine's Day" Patrick and SponegeBob Nickelodeon Production Cel (Nickelodeon, c. 1999-2001). "Yay! My Valentine! Hey, is this solid chocolate?" "Patrick, no!" When SpongeBob gets Patrick a heart-shaped hot air balloon made of chocolate, the grateful starfish takes a bite, causing it to explode. Created for the moments seen at the very end of the segment "Valentine's Day," this is a fantastic hand-painted original production cel featuring the two best friends of SpongeBob SquarePants. This long-running smash hit series was only animated traditionally on cels for the first season, making original production works like this one highly sought after by collectors. This 12 field piece is composed of three 12 field cels displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. The cels bear a Nickelodeon seal, and the they show minor handling and edge wear the some tape/tissue debris at the edges. The condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
