Beavis and Butt-Head "Citizen Butt-Head" Beavis, Butt-Head, and Bill Clinton Production Cel (MTV, c. 1993-97). "Well, you know, I'm happier than a pig in slop at the opportunities Highland High offers the hormonally challenged." Bill Clinton declares Beavis and Butt-head "America's Students of the Year" in the hilarious Beavis and Butt-Head episode "Citizen Butt-Head." This is a fantastic hand-painted original production cel from the scene at approximately the 9:12 mark of the episode. It features a spot-on caricature of President Bill Clinton with the eponymous duo. The piece is composed of three cels displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. The setup bears an MTV seal and is joined by a Certificate of Authenticity. Minor handling and edge wear, and the condition is Very Good.More information about Beavis and Butt-Head.
