Description
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Sneezy Animation Drawing/Color Model (Walt Disney, 1937). With a terrible sense of desperation caused by Snow White's peril, the woodland animals urge the Sneezy dwarf into action in this exceptionally fine animation drawing. The drawing doubles a color model sheet and comes with extensive color callouts. In visual arts, a color model is a studio document used to help standardize the appearance of a character with respect to color of the character's clothing, props or environment. The document is used by other artist as well as ink and paint as a reference tool to help maintain continuity. The drawing was rendered in graphite with touches of color pencil on 12 field 5-peghole animation paper. The piece is noted as 24 in the lower right and stamped 2001 14B 13 in the lower left. The artwork exhibits some mild smudging and superficial wrinkling. Overall, condition is Very Good.Auction Info
