Description

Cinderella Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1950). "After all, we did make a bargain. Didn't we, Cinderella? And I never go back on my word." Lady Tremaine approaches Cinderella with a thinly veiled threat in this tense 16 field 3-peghole animation drawing. The dramatic graphite with color pencil animation drawing has an approximate image size of 4.25'' x 8.5'' and was created for about 40:51, shortly before the heartbreaking dress destroying sequence, as Cinderella leans away and gradually realizes things are not as they seem. Noted 22 in the lower right corner and centered nicely on the page, the drawing is in Very Good condition with light edge and handling wear, faint age-related toning, and a minor corner tear.
