Description

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Doc and Snow White Studio Gag Drawing by Bill Tytla (Walt Disney, 1937). Doc seems a bit dazed after meeting a sexy version of Snow White in this incredibly rare studio gag drawing created by one of Disney's most influential and remarkable animators, the Disney Legend Bill Tytla (1904 - 1968). Known for being one of the first animators to be assigned to work in the first Disney animated film, Tytla is also famous for his work on Fantasia, animating the terrifying Chernabog and Stromboli in Pinocchio, among many other memorable characters. Rendered in graphite on a 12-field 5-peghole, this hilarious gag drawing shows a stupefied Doc measuring 4" x 4.75", while the bikini-clad gag version of Snow White is presented with a figure size of 4.75" x 7". Displaying light age-related toning with minor handling and age-related toning, the lot is in Very Good condition.
