The Wonderful World of Disney Annual Sheriff of Nottingham and Robin Hood Comic Illustration (Walt Disney, 1980s). Based on Walt Disney's Robin Hood, this is a remarkable set of original illustrations on one board created for page 22 of an issue of The Wonderful World of Disney Annual, a United Kingdom publication. This rare peice featuring Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham is expertly rendered masterfully in gouache on a piece of 13.5" x 15.25" illustration board. The board shows minor handling and edge wear with light debris and taping on edges. The board is marked "August 28" on the back side. The condition overall is Good.Auction Info
