The Little Mermaid TV Series Sebastian Production Cel with Production Background (Walt Disney, c. 1990s). Ariel's worrisome friend, Sebastian, makes an appearance in this fantastic hand-painted production cel from The Little Mermaid TV Series, featured on a production background of a colorful beach. Based on the Disney animated film of the same name, the animated series featured the adventures of the audacious Ariel in her home, Atlantica, before the movie's events. The surprised Sebastian shows up measuring a great figure size of 3.25" x 4.5" on the 12-field production cel numbered A192 in the bottom right corner. The amazing production background has the parasol-filled beach measuring an image size of 13.25" x 9.75, rendered in gouache on background board, numbered BG-12 in the bottom right corner. The background shows some toned tape residue on the top edge of the board. With minor handling and edge wear from production, the lot is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
