Dragon Ball Z Piccolo Production Cel with Animation Drawing (Toei Animation, c. 1989-96). The strongest Namekian, Piccolo, is presented in this sensational hand-painted production cel from the iconic anime series Dragon Ball Z. The stoic character measures 10.25" x 7.75" on the 12 field sized hand-painted production cel, featuring Piccolo on the bottom layer, and his hands on the top one. The lot also includes an animation drawing of Piccolo's hand, done in graphite and blue colored pencil on 12 field sized animation paper. The cel has adhered to the backing board, and it shows some paint wear on Piccolo's hands and some fading on the linework. The lot generally shows light handling wear from production.
