Description
The New Adventures of Superman "Luthor's Fatal Fireworks" Production Background with Stock Superman Production Cel (Filmation, 1967). The West Coast resort Vista Del Mar is featured in the final episode of Season Two from this series starring the mighty Man of Steel. The episode was first shown on 10/28/1967; the resort image can be seen at the beginning of the episode, and again about midway through. A cool stock hand-painted 12 field production cel of Superman coming in for a landing has been added; this cel was used multiple times throughout the series, and works great with this background. Superman's approximate figure size is 2.5" x 6.75". The setup is matted with an opening of 12" x 9", with an overall mat size of 19.5" x 15.75". Condition is Very Good to Fine with light handling wear.Auction Info
