Description
Tarzan Employee-Exclusive Limited Edition Maquette #734/2200 (Walt Disney, 1999). "He was confused at first as if he had never seen another human before. His eyes were intense... and focused, and... I've never seen such eyes" says Jane Porter when recounting the first time she saw Tarzan. The titular protagonist of Disney's 37th animated feature is depicted in this rare limited edition cast and crew maquette. These maquettes were given to crew members at the wrap party. This one is numbered 734 out of an edition of 2200 pieces. Tarzan was animated by Glen Keane and voiced by Tony Goldwyn. Cast in resin from an original sculpture by Kent Melton, maquettes allow animators to view the character from all angles, keeping drawings on-model and proportionally accurate. The maquette is approximately 9" x 5" x 5". In Good condition with some scuffs.Auction Info
